Ms. Osborne graduated with her LPN from Tri-County Technical College in 2011.  Since that time, she has worked over 8 years in Assisted Living Facilities, 4 years in Hospice, 4 years in Primary Care, and 1 year in Home Health care.  She joined us in 2023.
